Applied AI specialist and software engineer with over eight years building production systems. I have taken projects from start to finish in phone support, industry, energy, online learning, hospitality and accounting.
My foundation is the engineering that keeps things running every day (cloud, real-time data, integrations, automation), and on top of it I build the AI layer: voice and text agents, documents, search over a company's knowledge and models on its own servers.
